OUTPUT

FUNCTION OUTPUT
· Impedance: 600 ohm, ±5% short circuit protected.
· Amplitude: 4 selectable ranges - 1mV to 10mV p-p, 10 mV to 100mV p-p, 100mV to 1V p-p,1V to 10Vp-p (open circuit)
· DC Offset Zero when feature not selected, variable -5V DC to +5V DC into open circuit when selected; total AC (signal) plus DC (offset) output limited to ±10V p-p open circuit ±5V p-p into 600 ohms.
FUNCTION OUTPUT
· Drive Standard TTL-level square wave (in all modes), buffered to drive 10 TTL loads, rise/fall time less than 25nsec, synchronous with Function outputs.
SWEEP INPUT
· Sweep Input: DC coupled, BNC Connector
· Impedance: 30 Kohms
· Sensitivity: 0 to ±10V input sums with voltage at frequency vernier to sweep output frequency to 100:1; linear sweep range 10:1, max in ±12V.
MODES
· Frequency Range: 0.2Hz to 200KHz set with a continuously variable 10:1 frequency vernier, marked in 45 divisions and 6 decade ranges, calibrate to ±5% of setting at 10Hz, 100Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz.
· Square: ±1% typical time symmetry square wave (calibrated to <1.5% with rise/fall time less than 100nsec (into 600 ohms +20pF).
· Triangle Linearity: Better than 1%
· Sine: + distortion<1% typical; calibrated to <2% up to 100kHz.
